THE CONCEPT OF MONOTHEISM(According to The Quran)
The explanation of monotheism is given in Surah Ikhlas(112)
- Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;
- Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
- He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
- And there is none like unto Him.
Every muslim follows the two beliefs:
Explanation :
It is necessary to believe that there is only one Allah ,the only one creator,without any partner.None has the right to be worshiped except him and Prophet Muhammad salal lahu alaihe wasallam is the last messenger of Allah.
And number two,we have to proof and believe in this, from our tongue and hearts.
And number three,we have to believe in all the five pillars of islam.That is faith(shahada), salat (prayer),zakat(charity),Sawm(Fasting),hajj(pilgrimage to mecca).
Also we have to believe in all the angels,Prophets and the day of judgement,the concept of jinns,unseen(hidden concept),Having faith in the inconspicuous is a fundamental part of being a muslim as an adherent can't see, touch, feel or hear his Lord yet should have confidence in all that is said in the Quran. Allah swt hushes up about al ghayb up until the day of judgment when all might be uncovered to us, the sky, the damnation, the obscure. In Quran ,ALLAH (S.W.T) Says:
Say, "None in the heavens and earth knows the unseen except Allah , and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected."
His names are the most beautiful.He is the Most Merciful , Most Gracious.He is the All-Mighty,the All-Wise,the All-Knower.And it is mentioned in Hadiths Nabwi that whoever reads the 99 names of Allah, will go to jannah (paradise). Means whoever reads them and memorize them and acts upon them in his life,he will go to jannah .SUBHAN ALLAH !
In any case, the distinction in the middle of adherents and unbelievers is not the aftereffect of only expressing a couple words. The genuine power lies in the cognizant acknowledgment of this precept and its stipulations and complete adherence to it in reasonable life.
Acknowledgment of the teaching of Unity of God is what is termed confidence in Islam. In any case, confidence in the Islamic sense is not just savvy consent to a specific authoritative opinion or a subjective passionate reaction to an extraordinary identity, yet a volitional and element response to faith in one God, Who remains for the most noteworthy flawlessness and confidence in the Hereafter - a conviction that completely acclimatizes both scholarly and enthusiastic reactions. It is on the double an attestation of a truth and a surrender to reality certified.
THE CONCEPT OF MONOTHEISM IS EMPHASIZED SEVERAL TIMES IN THE QURAN :
It is He who forms you in the wombs however He wills. There is no deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.(3:6)
O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become righteous .(2:21)
They have certainly disbelieved who say, " Allah is the third of three." And there is no god except one God. And if they do not desist from what they are saying, there will surely afflict the disbelievers among them a painful punishment.(5:73)
And [beware the Day] when Allah will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, did you say to the people, 'Take me and my mother as deities besides Allah ?'" He will say, "Exalted are You! It was not for me to say that to which I have no right. If I had said it, You would have known it. You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself. Indeed, it is You who is Knower of the unseen.(5:116)
And your god is one God. There is no deity [worthy of worship] except Him, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.(2:163)
Had there been within the heavens and earth gods besides Allah , they both would have been ruined. So exalted is Allah , Lord of the Throne, above what they describe.(21:2)
O you who have believed, believe in Allah and His Messenger and the Book that He sent down upon His Messenger and the Scripture which He sent down before. And whoever disbelieves in Allah , His angels, His books, His messengers, and the Last Day has certainly gone far astray.(4:136)
And for all religion We have appointed a rite [of sacrifice] that they may mention the name of Allah over what He has provided for them of [sacrificial] animals. For your god is one God, so to Him submit. And, [O Muhammad], give good tidings to the humble [before their Lord](22:34)
Who, when Allah is mentioned, their hearts are fearful, and [to] the patient over what has afflicted them, and the establishers of prayer and those who spend from what We have provided them.(22:35)
O People of the Scripture, do not commit excess in your religion or say about Allah except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, was but a messenger of Allah and His word which He directed to Mary and a soul [created at a command] from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers. And do not say, "Three"; desist - it is better for you. Indeed, Allah is but one God. Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs.(4:171)
O [my] two companions of prison, are separate lords better or Allah , the One, the Prevailing?(12:39)
You worship not besides Him except [mere] names you have named them, you and your fathers, for which Allah has sent down no authority. Legislation is not but for Allah . He has commanded that you worship not except Him. That is the correct religion, but most of the people do not know.(12:40)
But they have taken besides Him gods which create nothing, while they are created, and possess not for themselves any harm or benefit and possess not [power to cause] death or life or resurrection.(25:3)
[He is] Creator of the heavens and the earth. He has made for you from yourselves, mates, and among the cattle, mates; He multiplies you thereby. There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the Hearing, the Seeing.(42:11)
